CycleWave is a new bike share company based in Montauk, NY. The goal was to create a desktop site that inspires people of all ages to grab a bike and “Cycle around Montauk” as their primary means of transportation. The demographic was focused on tourists and vacationers since Montauk’s population swells in the Summer and early Fall; prime biking season.

I wanted the site to feel light and airy, and the color palette “beachy” without the use of traditional blue colors. I also chose to incorporate a few continuous line drawings to convey emotion through simplicity and movement, while also tying in with the minimalist feel the client wanted for the site.
